WHO IS PLAZMALAB?
We are a collective of dreamers. Our main goal is bringing our artwork to life. With an experience of over two decades - encountering and tackling new challenges has become a part of who we are.
Each Plazmalab member contributes to what we'd like to think of as a "creative house" that extends itself way beyond fashion. these days you can see our art on clothes, walls, huge wooden constructions, etc.
You name it, we're glad to do it.
Our products are all manufactured locally, done individually by a bunch of super talented, creative craftsmen. The designers, ink masters and pattern makers all have a part in the elaborate process of production.
Plazmalab can be found in a variety of shops, music festivals, and art events all over the world.
MahaShe’s cuts and styles are timeless, known for their vibrant, funky and retro style prints.
Cotton is our speciality. All of our dresses are 100% cotton, our winter range is made with 95% cotton and 5% lycra to give it that perfect stretch.
Mahashe has a huge emphasis on quality, using only the highest quality cotton. It's preshrunk and colourfast and incredibly durable, lasting for years and years.
Continually working towards providing quality clothing with the least environmental and social impact possible. In a world where almost everything has become disposable, we pay attention to the finer details, to ensure that our garments are still beautiful for the years to come.
The garments are designed in Northern NSW and are then taken to India where we work closely with our suppliers in an honest and fair working environment..we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We are artists, creators, idea generators, adventurers, salvages, intuitive gardeners, community motivators, temple builders and home makers. Exploring unconventional, new and ancient ways of doing, living and being. We are our best when we strive to live mindfully, respectfully and tread gently, and are guided by what we feel are some essentials for a healthy life; quality food, valued relationships, learning, sharing, exploring, creating, gardening…and of course music!
We currently spend most of our days in creative mode, building our home nest, growing food, rehabilitating the forests around us, working on business and future planning for an arts studio to create and teach from.
Having been designing, cutting, printing and sewing clothing for over 10 years, we are now offering an eco and organic T-shirt printing service for other artists, events, projects and small businesses.
We always look forward to connecting with other artists, gardeners, like minded creatures and people working on inspirational and collective projects.
As we feel we have always been doing - Doing our best to make Earth like home. :)
